肠造口病人自我管理现状调查及影响因素分析

目的调查肠造口病人的自我管理现状并分析其影响因素。方法自行设计肠造口病人自我管理调查问卷，对复诊的62例肠造口病人进行问卷调查，了解其自我管理情况并分析自我管理的影响因素。结果肠造口病人自我管理平均得分为（92．45±12．87）分。在造口护理管理、信息管理、症状管理、日常生活管理和心理管理5个维度中造口护理管理得分最高，为（30．16±3．62）分；心理管理得分最低，为（10．53±2．50）分。多元逐步回归分析结果显示，肠造口病人自我管理的影响因素有年龄、文化程度和造口接受程度。结论肠造口病人自我管理情况不容乐观，护理人员应有针对性地实施护理干预以提高病人的自我管理能力，预防和控制造口并发症的发生。

CURRENT STATUS OF SELF-MANAGEMENT IN PATIENTS WITH ENTEROSTOMY AND ITS INFLUENCING FACTORS

Objective To investigate the self-management status in patients with enterostomy and its influencing factors. Methods A self-designed questionnaire on self-management in patients with enterostomy was used to investigate 62 patients at their revisits to understand the conditions of their management and influencing factors. Results The average score of the patient＇s self-management was 92.45 ± 12.87. In the five dimensions of enterostomy nursing, information management. symptom management. daily life management and psychological management. the score of enterostomy nursing was the highest 30. 16 ± 3.62. and that of psychological management. the lowest 10.53±2.50. Multiple stepwise regression analysis revealed age. education level and the stoma acceptance were the factors that affected the self-care ability. Conclusion Self-management status in patients received enterostomy is not optimistic. Nursing professionals should carry out intervention aiming at raising patient＇s self-management ability to prevent and control complications of enterostoma.
