| 摘 要： | 线粒体脑肌病是一组由于线粒体DNA实变导致的线粒体结构和功能异常．从而累及中枢神经系统和肌肉组织的疾病．其临床表现复杂多样．主要依据临床症状、生化检测、电生理、影像学检查及骨骼肌活检结果来进行诊断，目前仍缺乏有效的治疗手段。

| Abstract: | Mitochondrial encephalomyopathy is a group of central nervous system and musculature diseases with abnormities of mitochondrial structure and function caused by mitochondrial DNA mutation.The clinical presentation of mitochondrial encephalomyopathy is often complicated and varied.The diagnosis chiefly depend on clinical symptom and examination of biochemistry,EEG,imaging and muscle biopsy.At present,there are no effective treatment for mitochondrial encephalomyopathy. |
