克隆技术的思考

自多莉羊诞生以来，关于克隆技术的争论日渐激烈，特别是有关克隆婴儿出生的传言更是使这场争论达到白热化。克隆技术引发的思考是多层面的：反对的主要理由是克隆是非自然的，损害人类尊严，违背基因独特性的权利，引发生育不公正的健康危及、心理危及，以优生为目的的克隆危及和宗教危及；而其支持者也基于生物技术的发展，社会实用性诸方面给予反击。我们应从其价值评定，辩证的对待克隆技术特别是克隆人的涉及技术层面、社会价值、社会伦理、个体价值等方面问题，对其正确的分析要从生物学、社会学、伦理学、法律学、政治学综合评价。发挥科学共同体和国际社会的监督作用，现阶段如别无选择，治疗性克隆应当可以接受。

Some Consideration on Cloning Technology

After cloning sheep Dolly was born, the argumentation on cloning technology is hot gradually. Rrecent rumor about the born of clone babies brings this controversy into incandescence. The consideration inciting by cloning technology is multi aspect: the main objective reasons of clone are clone is unnatural, and it affects human dignity and violates the individual's right to genetic uniqueness. Consequential objections concern unjustified health risks for the progeny, unjustified psychosocial risks for the clone child , the risk of cloning for eugenetic purposes and the risk of religion. And the supporters counterattack the opponents basing on the development of cloning technology, social practice and so on. We should treat cloning technology specially human clone problem discriminably on technology aspect, social value, social ethics, individual worth and so forth from value assess and two side. Cloning technology should be analysed exactly and comprehensively from biology, social, ethics, law and politics. With the supervision of science community and international social, therapeutic cloning may be acceptable.
