| 摘 要： | 测定男性心绞痛患者(25例)和男性健康人(15例)运动前后血浆神经肽Y(NPY)和去甲肾上腺素(NE)含量.结果显示:运动前心绞痛组血浆NPY和NE含量分别为120.8±45.1pg/ml、0.29±0.13ng/ml,均明显高于对照组(P<0.01);而运动后二组无明显差异.二组运动后血浆NPY、NE水平均显著高于运动前(P<0.01).运动前有症状心肌缺血患者血浆NPY含量明显高于无症状者(P<0.05).

| Abstract: | The levels of plasrma neuropeptide Y (NPY) and noradrenaline (NA) in 25 male patients with angina pectoris and 15 healthy subjects before and after exercise were determined. It was found that the levels of plasma NPY and NA before exercise in patients with angina pectoris were remarkably higher than in control groups (P<0. 01). No significant difference in NPY and NA level between the two groups after exer-cise. The levels of NPY and NA after exercise were remarkably higher than before exercise in both two groups with the significant difference (P<0. 01). Before exercise,the level of NPY in symptomatic patients was remarkably higher than that in asymptomatic patients((P<0. 05). |
