妈富隆治疗40例多囊卵巢综合征疗效分析

目的:探讨妈富隆治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的临床效果。方法:选择在我院内分泌不孕症门诊就诊的40例PCOS患者,对月经稀发及闭经患者于撤退性出血第5天,对月经正常及功血患者于月经来潮第5天开始服用妈富隆,每日1次,每次1片,连用21天,停药等待月经来潮。对不孕症患者,每月复查B超1次,根据B超检测卵巢形态大小变化,用药1～3个月。若停药3个月仍未妊娠改用克罗米芬。对无生育要求的功血患者,服药6个月停药观察月经情况。结果:40例PCOS患者中,1例未婚功血患者停药观察1年,月经恢复正常;另39例不孕症患者,有18例卵巢缩小并妊娠,有效率46.15％,无效21例(53.85％)。结论:妈富隆是治疗PCOS较为有效的药物,可以获得较高妊娠率。

Clinical Effect of Marvelon on Polycystic Ovary Syndrome.

Objective :To investigate clinical effect of Marvelon on polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS). Method: 40 cases in PCOS in our hospital were choosed. The case with hypomenorrhea and amenor-rhea received Marvelon from the fifth day of withdrawl bleeding and the cases with normal menstruation and dysfunctional uterine bleeding (DUB)from the fifth day of menstruation received Marvelon (ltab/d)for 21days,then stopped the medicine,waited for menstruation coming. The shape and size of ovary in sterility cases were rechecked once a month by ultrasound. According to the check,Marvelon was taken 1 to 3 months. After 3 months stopping Marvelon changed to receive clomiphen citrate if no pregnancy. Menstruation of unmarried cases in DUB were observed after six Months of treatment. Results:Out of 40 cases in PCOS,1 unmarried case recover from DUB, 39 cases were in sterility, there were 18 cases fertilized. Effective rate is 46. 15%. Conclusion:Marvelon is an effective medicine on PCOS. It could get higher fertile rate.
