摘    要:ATP结合盒转运蛋白A1(ATP-binding cassette transporterA1,ABCA1)是一种以ATP为能源进行物质转运的膜蛋白,其主要转运底物是胆固醇、磷脂等脂类物质。ABCA1在胆固醇逆转运(reverse cholesteroltransport,RCT)和高密度脂蛋白(high density lipoprotein,HDL)生成起始步骤中起重要作用。此外,ABCA1还具有参与调节细胞凋亡和炎症反应等功能。ABCA1的表达受到多种物质高度调控,其中LXR/RXR、PPAR等信号在调节ABCA1表达中有重要作用。本文主要对近几年来有关ABCA1的结构、分布、表达调控及其在动脉粥样硬化中作用作一综述,探索防治途径。

Advances in the research of ATP-binding cassette transporterA1
Abstract:ATP-binding cassette transporter A1 (ABCA1) is a membrane protein with ATP energy. Cholesterol,phospholipids and other lipids are major transit substrates of ABCA1.ABCA1 is considered to play an important role in the process of reverse cholesterol transport (RCT) and the primary formation of high density lipoprotein (HDL).In addition,ABCA1 may take part in the modulation of apoptosis and inflammation. The expression of ABCA1 is highly regulated by various factors,and LXR/RXR,PPAR serve as the very important regulators in the expression of ABCA1. The article reviewed the structure, distribution, expression and regulation of ABCA1 and its effectiveness in the atherosclerosis to search for the means of prevention and cure.
