| 摘 要： | 针刺治疗扁平疣８４例中痊愈４６例，有效３４例，总有效率９５２４％。其可能与两个因素有关，一是通过针刺将病毒作为抗原暴露于血液中的单核吞噬细胞系统，经吞噬、处理，进而激发机体的体液免疫和细胞免疫反应；二是阻断疣体血液供应，使疣体逐渐干涸、萎缩、消退。

| Abstract: | The authors treated 84 patients suffering from verruca plana with acupuncture. 46 cases recovered fully, 34 cases improved. The effective rate was 95.24%. It ,s effectiveness in clinical treatment may be as a resutlt of the following two factors. First, Virus as a type of antigen can be carried into bloodstream by acupuncture. After being swallowed and processed by mononuclear phagocyte system in bloodstream. The antigen can cause host to have a homoral immunity reaction and a cellular immunity reaction. The second factor is that acupuncture can prevent blood supply to verruca plana. The verruca plana gradually withers and then fades away. |
