仙人掌化学成分的分离与鉴定

摘    要:目的研究仙人掌(Opuntia dillenii Haw.)体积分数70%乙醇提取物的化学成分。方法利用制备薄层色谱、反复硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱、开放ODS柱色谱等方法进行分离纯化;根据理化性质及波谱解析鉴定化合物的结构。结果分离得到19个已知化合物,分别鉴定为山柰酚(1)、3-O-甲基山柰酚(2)、槲皮素(3)、3-O-甲基槲皮素(4)、香橙素(5)、3-O-甲基槲皮素-3'-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(6)、山柰酚-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-(1→2)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(7)、芦丁(8)、2-hydroxydiplopterol(9)、橙黄胡椒酰胺乙酸酯(10)、(-)-neoechinulin A(11)、echinuline(12)、留兰香木脂素B(13)、liriodendrin(14)、(-)-lyoniresinol(15)、开环异落叶松脂醇(16)、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯(17)、对羟基苯甲酸(18)、E-咖啡酸十八烷醇酯(19)。结论化合物6、7、9~16、19为首次从该属植物中分离得到。

Abstract:Opuntia dillenii Haw. is a cactus that grows mainly in the south of China. The stem of this plant was used as a folk medicine for treatment of diabetes, gastric ulcer,inflammatory and several other diseases. For the inflammatory application of Opuntia dillenii Haw. ,its chemical constituents were isolated and purlfied by column chromatography on silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 and ODS. Nineteen compounds were isolated and identified as kaempferol ( 1 ), 3-O-methyl kaempferol ( 2 ), quercetin ( 3 ), 3-O-methyl quercetin ( 4 ), aromadendrin ( 5 ), 3-O-methyl quercetin-3 '-O-β-D-glucopyranoside ( 6 ), kaempferol-7-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl- ( 1→2 ) -β-D-glucopyranoside ( 7 ) , rutin ( 8 ), 2 -hydroxydiplopterol ( 9 ), aurantiamide acetate ( 10 ), ( - ) -neoechinulin A (11), echinuline (12), spicatolignan B ( 13 ), liriodendrin ( 14), ( - ) -lyoniresinol ( 15 ), secoisolariciresinol ( 16), methyl p-hydroxybenzoate ( 17 ) ,p-hydroxybenzoic acid ( 18 ), E-octadecyl caffeate ( 19 ). Compounds 6,7,9 -16,19 were isolated from Opuntia genus for the first time.
