文拉法辛与舍曲林治疗抑郁症的对照研究

目的评价文拉法辛与舍曲林抑郁症的疗效及安全性。方法将76例抑郁症患者随机分为两组，分别给予文拉法辛和舍曲林治疗，疗程8周。用汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）评定临床疗效，副反应量表（TESS）评定不良反应。结果文法拉辛显效率76．3％，有效率92．1％，舍曲林组为73．7％，89．5％，两组疗效相仿。在治疗1周末时，文法拉辛组减分多于舍曲林，差异有显著性。两组不良反应均轻微。结论文拉法辛和舍曲林抗抑郁疗效肯定，不良反应轻。

Comparative study of venlafaxine and sertralin in the treatment of depression

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and side effects of venlafaxine and Sertralin in the treatment of depression. Methods 76 patients with depression were randomly assigned to venlafaxine group and Sertralin group for 8 weeks treatmen. Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale （HAMA） and Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale（TESS）were used to evaluate curative effect and adverse reactions. Results Total clinical effective rate and response rate in Venlafaxine group and Sertralin group were76. 3%and 92. 1% ;73.7% and 89. 5% respectively. No signifcant difference was found in clinical efficacy between two groups. However, the tolal score of HAMD in venlafaxine group was significantly lower than that in Sertralin group after one-week treatment. The side effects of both groups were fewer and light. Conclusion Both venlafaxine and Sertralin are effective antidepressants with few side effects.
