肝癌患者射频消融与手术前后外周血中CD4^+CD25^+调节性T细胞的变化及意义

摘    要:目的:探讨肝癌患者接受射频消融或手术治疗前后外周血中CD4^+、CD25^+调节性T细胞水平的变化及意义。方法:分析35例原发性肝细胞肝癌患者射频消融治疗前和治疗后1周外周血中CD4^+、CD25^+调节性T细胞水平变化,并与20例原发性肝细胞肝癌手术切除患者外周血中CD4^+、CD25^+调节性T细胞水平进行对比分析。另外检测10例因患胆囊结石行胆囊切除患者手术前后的CD4^+、CD25^+调节性T细胞水平作为对照。结果:所有肝癌患者在射频消融治疗后7d外周血中CD4^+、CD25^+调节性T细胞水平降低,而手术组明显升高,对照组无明显变化。结论:采用射频消融治疗肝癌,可以改善患者的细胞免疫状态。

Abstract:Objective:To study the change of CD^+ CD25^+ regulatory T cells in the peripheral blood (PB) of patients with primary hepatocellular carcinoma (PHC) before and after radio frequency ablation (RFA) or operation, and explore its significance. Methods:To observe and compare the contents of CD4^+ CD25^+ regulatory T cells in the PB of 35 PHC patients who received RFA and other 20 accepted operations. The results of 10 cases with cholelithiasis underwent cholecystectomy served as the control group. Results:Compared with their preoperative levels, the contents of CD4^+ CD25^+ regulatory T cells were decreased in RFA group and increased in operation group 7 days after treatments, the difference was significant (P 〈 0. 001 ). While in the control group it remained unchanged. Conclusions :The treatment of PHC with RFA could improve the PHC patients' celhdar immunity.
