唐氏综合征产前诊断项目标准成本研究

目的:为评估医疗机构开展唐氏综合征产前诊断的相关投入,及为合理制定价格政策提供借鉴。方法:采用现场调查、专家咨询、专题组座谈和个人深入访谈,对唐氏综合征产前诊断项目的标准成本进行测算。结果:筛查的标准成本为66.2-67.4元/例;在筛查阳性者继续诊断接受率为50%和80%时,诊断的标准成本分别为350.2-451.2元/例和307.5-420元/例。结论:唐氏综合征筛查项目收费标准高于标准成本,诊断项目收费标准低于标准成本。

Study on standard cost of prenatal diagnosis on Down''''s Syndrome

Objectives: To evaluate input in health facilities on prenatal diagnosis of Down's Syndrome in order to provide references to set up medical price. Methods: Field survey, experts counseling and focus group interviews were employed to collect data and calculate standard cost of diagnosis of Down's Syndrome. Results:Standard cost of screening for a Down's Syndrome patient was 66.2 Yuan to 67.4 Yuan and that of diagnosis was 307.5 Yuan to 451.2 Yuan. Conclusions: Compared to current charge, standard cost of screening for Down's Syndrome was lower and that of diagnosis item was higher. Current charge may be adjusted rationally based on standard cost counting.
