人文科学在高等医学教育中的作用

摘    要:培养具有良好人文素质的合格医学人才已成为医学发展的必然和需要,人文科学在医学生人文素质培养中的重要价值已得到公认。在医学教育中人文科学对医学人才培养发挥着工具性和非工具性价值,其工具性价值体现在它是医学生认识疾病、学习实用工作技能的一种途径。非工具性价值体现在对医学教育体系、个人和谐发展和适应医疗环境这三方面的促进作用,认识人文科学在医学教育中的作用为更好的开展人文素质教育工作提供一定的理论依据。

Abstract:Producing qualified doctors with good quality in humanities is the trend and need of modern medicine development,and it is universally acknowledged that humanities play a very important role in medical humanistic education.Humanities have instrumental and non-instrumental roles in medical education.The instrumental role is represented in the fact that humanities can be seen as a source for medical students to understand diseases and acquire practical skills.The non-instrumental value of humanities is represented in promoting medical education system,students' personal development and abilities to adapt to the actual medical situation.Understanding the role of humanities in higher medical education provides theoretical basis for better conducting humanistic education.
