| 摘 要： | 目的:比较山里红(Crataegus pinnatifida Bge.var.major N.E.Br.)叶中多元酚类成分对大鼠中性粒细胞呼吸爆发的抑制活性.方法:以佛波豆蔻酸乙酯(PMA)为刺激剂,鲁米诺为发光剂,通过化学发光法比较山里红叶中11种主要多元酚类成分对大鼠中性粒细胞呼吸爆发的抑制作用.结果:11种多元酚类成分对大鼠中性粒细胞呼吸爆发表现出不同的抑制活性.黄酮类成分活性最强,其次是绿原酸,表儿茶素活性最弱.黄酮类成分既可抑制大鼠中性粒细胞呼吸爆发,又可清除呼吸爆发后产生的自由基;而绿原酸则对呼吸爆发的抑制作用较弱,主要是直接清除呼吸爆发产生的氧自由基;表儿荼素则只能清除呼吸爆发产生的自由基,对呼吸爆发本身没有抑制作用.结论:山里红叶中多元酚类成分对大鼠中性粒细胞呼吸爆发具有明显的抑制活性,其中主要活性成分为黄酮类化合物.
