| 摘 要： | 目的：改进溴咖合剂中咖啡因含量测定的方法。方法：采用一阶导数分光光度法直接测定溴咖合剂中咖啡因含量，测定波长为２８７ｎｍ，Δλ为２ｎｍ。结果：处方１，２，处方３的平均回收率和ＲＳＤ分别为１００．３３％和０．５７％，１０１．０１％和０．８１％。结论：方法简便，快速准确，可作为该制剂３种不同处方中咖啡因含量的测定。
