肺段隔离症的螺旋CT诊断

目的为了提高对螺旋CT诊断肺段隔离症的认识,回顾性总结分析18例肺段隔离症病例,包括临床表现、影像学检查。所有病人均采用西门子16排螺旋CT机扫描,胸部平扫加增强扫描(部分病例采用CTA)。结果18例患者中12例考虑肺炎,有2例考虑支气管扩张,2例考虑肺癌。2例X线平片检查考虑肺脓肿。肺段隔离症影像表现为肺部异常密度灶,规则或不规则,可表现为类圆形、类三角形、不规则肿块等,合并感染可有液气平面,类似肺脓肿。结论MSCT可以判断病灶的范围及分型。是否合并感染以及供血动脉的走向,是临床首选检查方法。

MSCT diagnosis of pulmonary sequestration

Objective To study the MSCT diagnosis of Pulmonary Sequestration.Methods We reviewed 18 cases of Pulmonary Sequestration,including clinical manifestation and imaging manifestation.All patients performed MSCT scan and contrast enhanced scan.Results Before MSCT scan,12 cases of pneumonia,2 cases of bronchiectasis,2 cases of lung cancer and 2cases of pulmonary abscess were suspected.Pulmonary Sequestration show multi-performance on imaging,including unusual density lesions,may display all kinds of forms.With infection may display fluid-air surface inside,similar to pulmonary abscess.Conclusion MSCT can display the extent of Pulmonary Sequestration,blood supply and infection,and be valuable on clinical diagnosis and treatment.
