神经生长因子治疗外伤性视神经萎缩的临床观察

目的 观察神经生长因子(nerve growth factor)对外伤性视神经萎缩的疗效。方法 使用神经生长因子50 BU球后注射治疗外伤性视神经萎缩患者16例(18眼)。对治疗前后的视力进行比较。结果 经1个疗程(14天)治疗，患者视力有不同程度的提高，其中恢复正常视力者4眼，占总数的22．2％；有显著疗效者5眼，占27．8％；视力有进步者6眼，占33．3％；治疗后视力无明显提高者3眼，占16．7％。总有效率83．3％。结论 神经生长因子治疗外伤性视神经萎缩是一种有效药物。

The clinical observation on using nerve growth factor to cure traumatic optic nerve atrophy

Objective To observe the effect of nerve growth factor in traumatic optic nerve atrophy. Methods 18 eyes of optic nerve atrophy were treated with 50 BN nerve growth factor by retrobulball injection. The sights before and after treatemnt were compared. Results Through a period of treatment( 14 days) ,eyesight improved in different degree.4 eyes recovered to normal sight and occupied the total amount of 22.2% ;5 eyes had obvious curative effect and occupied 27.8 % ; 6 eyes had improvement and occupied 33.3% ;3 eyes had no obvious effect and occupied 16.7% .Total validity rate was 83.3% .Conclusion Nerve growth factor is a kind of valid medicine to cure traumatic optic nerve atrophy.
