腰椎间盘突出症50例保守治疗疗效观察

目的:观察腰椎间盘突出症保守治疗疗效。方法:采用卧床休息,腰部功能锻炼,腰部牵引、止痛、散淤、激素等治疗50例随访半年到1年。结果:50例中有42例治愈或腰腿痛等症状缓解,5例有效,2例无效。结论:86%腰椎间盘突出症患者经保守治疗能取得很好疗效。

Observing the Conservative Therapy on 50 cases Lumbar Intervertebral Disc

Objective: To observe the effect of treating lumbar intervertebral disc by conservative therapy.Method: 50 cases were treated with combination method such as lumbar traction,relieve pain hormone and dunctional training,and then followed up for halt and or 1 year.Result: In all 50 cases,42 of them were cured and relieved the lumbar intervertebral forminal stenosis,5 was effective,2 were none effect.Conclusion: 86% of lumbar intervertebral disc were better effective after conservative therapy.
