被膜支架治疗食管癌术后吻合口狭窄及食管气管瘘

目的：评价被膜支架腔内治疗和修补食管癌术后吻合口狭窄衣食管气管瘘的安全性和有效性。材料与方法：62个月内12例食管癌术后吻合口狭窄及食管气管瘘的病人使用16支被膜支架进行治疗。结果：支架置入的技术成功率为100％，被膜支架置入后术后吻合口狭窄有效缓解，食管气管瘘得到了严密封堵,肺内继发感染完全吸收。病人的临床状况得到了改善，其生活质量明显提高。结论：被膜支架置入缓解食管癌术后吻合口狭窄和修补食管气管瘘是一种安全有效的治疗方法。

Treatment of anastomoses stenosis and eosphago-respiratory fistula of postoperative in primary esophageal carcinoma with covered stents

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of covered stents in the endoluminal treatment and repair of anastomoses stenosis and eosphago respiratory fistula of postoperative with primary esophageal carcinoma. Materials and methods: During a 62 month period, 16 covered stents were inserted in 12 patients with anastomoses stenosis and eosphago respiratory fistula of postoperative with primary esophageal carcinoma. The average age was 59.5 years; there were 8 men and 4 women. Presence of an esophago respiratory fistula and anastomoses stenosis of postoperative. The covered stentwere placed within the stenotic and the fistulas. Follow up was by means of barium meal examining. Results: Stent insertion was successful in 100% of the patients. The stenotic was release and esophago respiratory fistula was strictness block up. The secondary infection of lung was absorb completely. The condition of Patients were improvement. And the results have shown more significant improvements in quality of life. Conclusion: Insertion of covered stents for the palliation and mend of anastomoses stenosis and eosphago respiratory fistula is an safety and effective therapy method.
