重症监护病房患儿心理分析及护理

目的：分析重症监护病房患儿心理行为反应及实施心理护理后效果。方法：采用访谈、调查、心理行为观察法对102例患儿进行心理分析，发现分离性焦虑63例，控制感丧失39例，疼痛所致的恐惧102例。笔采取了针对性护理。结果：护理后分离性焦虑18例，控制感丧失10例，身体伤害及疼痛反应59例，与护理前比较，经χ^2检验有显性差异（P＜0．0001）。结论：根据患儿不同年龄，给予针对性护理，能减轻或避免住院引起的不良心理行为反应，促进患儿身心健康。

Psychological analysis of child patients in pediatric ICU and nursing countermeasures

Objective To analyze the psychological reaction of child patients in pediatric ICU and the nursing effects after psychological nursing.Methods The psychological analysis was performed on102child patients by way of interviews,survey,and observation of psychological behaviors.It was found that dissociated anxiety occurred in63cases,hypotaxia in39and hyper-reaction to injuries and pains to all the102childs.In their practice,pertinent nursing measures were carried out.Res ults After psychological nursing,the cases with dissociated anxiety decreased to18in number,those with pypotaxia to10and those with hyper-reaction to pains to59.Compared with pre-nursing,the difference was significant(P<0.0001).Conclus ion Nursing measures pertinent to ages of child patients may relieve or even avoid the adverse reaction of hospitalized children so as to promote the recovery mentally and physically.
