| 摘 要： | 为评价诱发电位对亚临床肝性脑病 (SHE)的诊断价值 ,对 1 2 1例肝硬化患者行脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)、视觉诱发电位 (VEP)、体感诱发电位 (SEP)检查。结果 :1 2 1例肝硬化患者中 ,BAEP异常 48例 (3 9.67% ) ,VEP异常 62例 (5 1 .2 4% ) ,SEP异常 5 0例 (4 1 .3 2 % ) ,3项联合检测总异常率为 75 .2 1 %。提示 :诱发电位可作为检测SHE的敏感指标 ,联合检测可提高SHE检出率

| Abstract: | To evaluate the diagnosis effect of evoked potentials for Subclinical Hepatic Encephalopathy (SHE), the brain stem auditory evoked potential(BAEP), visual evoked potential (VEP) and somatosensory evoked potential(SEP) were tested in 121 cases of cirrhotic patients. In the 121 cases of cirrhotic patients, 48 patients(39.67% )were found abnormal with BAEP, 62 patients ( 51.24%)were found abnormal with VEP and 50 cases (41.32%) were found abnormal with SEP, the total abnormal rate was 75.21%. Evoked potentials can be used as a sensitive paramete for SHE. There is an added advantage of performing three kinds of evoked potentials to detect SHE. |
