腹腔镜技术对绝育术后盆腔痛诊治研究

本研究应用腹腔镜技术对401例绝育术后慢性盆腔痛患者进行了临床研究。401例绝育中输卵管结扎371例,包括盆腔炎症151例、大网膜粘连53例、盆腔粘连23例、盆腔淤血症32例、子宫内膜异位症12例、无病变而盆腔痛者98例和输卵管远端扭曲2例;输卵管药物粘堵绝育30例,包括输卵管炎9例、输卵管与周围组织粘连12例和未发现病变者9例。本研究对各种病变在腹腔镜下的特点进行了分析讨论,为确定诊断及治疗提供了依据。

A Clinical Study on Diagnosis and Treatment of Pelvic Pain after Sterilization bv Laparoscopy.

To investigate the causes of pelvic pain after sterilization, 401 cases were examined with laparoscopy. Among the 401 cases 371 were sterilized by tubal ligation . The following causes of pelvic pain were found: 151 cases of pelvic inflammation, 53 cases of omental adhesion, 23 cases of pelvic adhesion, 32 cases of pelvic congestion, 12 cases of endometriosis and 2 cases of twisting of tube in the distal pact. No obvious pathology was found in 98 cases of pain. . Thirty cases were sterilized by obstructive-drug among which 9 cases of salpingitis, . and 12 cases of adhesion were found. In 9 cases of pain no pathology was found. The pathologic features under laparoscopy were discussed in the paper. It is important for diagnosis of pelvic pain after sterilization.
