谷胱甘肽S转移酶M1基因缺失与乳腺癌易患性的关系

摘    要:目的 :探讨谷胱甘肽 S转移酶 ( glutathione S- transferase GST)基因缺失与乳腺癌易患性的关系。方法 :应用多重聚合酶链反应 ( polym erase chain reaction,多重 PCR)方法对 4 2例乳腺癌患者和 10 8例健康人外周血细胞进行 GSTM1 基因检测。结果 :乳腺癌组 GSTM1 基因缺失率为 5 7.1% ,对照组为 4 8.1% ,两组之间差异无显著性(χ2 =0 .98,P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :GSTM1 基因缺失与乳腺癌的发生无显著性关系

Abstract:Objective:To study the relationship between the glutathiones-transferase gene deletion and susceptibility to breast cancer. Methods:Blood cells of total of 42 cases with breast cancer and 108 controls were analyzed with PCR. Result:The GSTM 1 gene deletion rate in breast cancer group was 57.1% and that in control was 48.1%. There is not significant difference between them . Conclusion: GSTM 1 gene deletion is not related to breast cancer formation.
