甲硝唑冲洗剂对腹腔感染家兔的药效学研究

采用细菌培养法，考察家兔腔灌注甲硝唑冲洗剂对厌氧菌感染动物体内细菌生长的抑制杀灭作用。结果表明，０．０５％甲硝唑冲剂对脆弱类杆菌，双酶梭菌和小苇荣球功等三种厌氧菌具有明显的抑菌杀菌作用，药后１０ｍｉｎ，杀灭率达９３．３３％，与已知药物０．０５％复达欣的药效相当；０．１％甲硝唑冲洗剂药后１０ｍｉｎ，其杀灭率高达９６．６７％。

STUDIES ON PHARMACODYNAMICS OF METRONIDAZOLUM IRRIGATION IN ABDOMEN OF RABBITS

To study the inhibition and sterilization of anaerobe contaminated in abdomen of rabbits with intraperitoneal infusion of metronidazolum irrigation, the rabbit model infected anaerobe was made by using method of bacterial cultures. The administration groups was treated with 0. 1% ,0. 05%, and 0. 02%metronidazolum irrigation, respectively. The positive control group was treated with 0. 05% Fortum. Bacteriodes fragilis,clostridium bifermentans and veilonglla parvula could be obviously inhibited and sterilized with 0.1%and 0. 05% metronidazolum irrigation. 10 minutes after administration, the bactericidal rate of 0. 1%, 0. 05% and 0. 02% metronidazolum irrigation was 97%, 93% (which to be equivalent to that of 0. 05% Fortum ) and 72%, respectively. Anaerobe could be inhibited and sterilized efficiently with intraperitoneal injection of 0. 1% metronidazolum irrigation.
