院前急救指挥调度质量管理的探讨

摘    要:目的探讨院前急救指挥调度的质量控制与管理。方法对受理120急救电话的各个环节制定管理标准,对指挥调度实行全程量化管理。结果工作效率提高,平均受理派车时间缩短,整体服务水平提升,服务满意度达98.1%。结论对院前急救的指挥调度工作实行全程量化的质量控制与管理,是提升质量水平的有效举措。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the pre-hospital emergency command and dispatch quality control and management. Method To develop management standards for all aspects of the admissibility of the 120 emergency telephone and full implementation of Quantitative Management Command and Control.Result Work efficiency, average accepted Paiche time, enhance the overall level of service and service satisfaction of 98.1%.Conclusion The entire process to quantify the quality control and management, pre- hospital emergency command and dispatch work to implement effective measures to enhance the level of quality.
