优质护理理念在前列腺增生电切术患者护理中的应用效果研究

目的对实施前列腺增生电切术的患者实施优质护理后的临床应用效果进行探讨,从而提高护理质量。方法选取我院进行前列腺增生电切术手术的患者42例,随机分为对照组和观察组。对两组患者分别实施传统护理及优质护理,对比两组患者经护理后的膀胱痉挛发生率、膀胱疼痛发生率及患者对护理的满意度。结果两组患者经过护理后临床症状均有不同程度的减轻,观察组患者的膀胱痉挛发生率及膀胱疼痛发生率均低于对照组,同时观察组患者对护理的满意度及生活质量评分要明显高于对照组,上述指标两组差异存在统计学意义(P<0.005)。结论优质护理的实施,在患者的身体及心理上都取得良好的临床效果,且较传统的护理方式更全面。

The Research of the Application Effect for the Concept of Quality Care in Prostatic Hyperplasia Transurethral Resection Care

Objective To explore the effect of the clinical application of the implementation of quality care for the patients with prostatic hyperplasia transurethral resection.Methods 42 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia transurethral resection surgery in our hospital were chosen.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.They were taken with the implementation of traditional care and quality of care.The incidence of bladder spasm after care,the incidence of bladder pain and patient care satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The clinical symptoms had varying degrees of ease for the two groups after nursing.The bladder spasm incidence and incidence rate of bladder pain in the observation group was lower than the control group,while the satisfaction with care and quality of life score in the observation group patient were significantly higher than that in the control group.The above two groups had statistically significant difference（P0.005）.Conclusion The implementation of quality care in the patient＇s physical and psychological has achieved good clinical results,and it is superior to the traditional care.It improves the patients’ care satisfaction level,and it is worthy of further study and improving the care method.
