慢性支气管炎肺心病中医辨证治疗临床分析

目的:探讨慢性支气管炎肺心病中医辨证治疗临床分析。方法:选取某医院2011年1月～2011年12月入院治疗慢性支气管炎肺心病的患者100例,将这些患者分为A、B两组,其中A组为对照组,主要采用中医治疗方法,例如控制感染、祛咳止痰、平缓顺气等治疗方法。而B组为实验组,主要采用中医辨证治疗方法。然后,将A、B两组的结果进行比较。结果:B组的治愈率远高于A组的治愈率。其中,B组(实验组)的总有效率为80%,A组(对照组)的总有效率为66%,因此,实验组的总有效率高于对照组。结论:慢性支气管炎肺心病采用中医辨证治疗的方法具有明显的临床效果,非常值得推广和普及。

Clinical analysis of TCM treatments in chronic bronchitis and pulmonary heart diseases

Objective： To investigate the clinical analysis of TCM treatment in chronic bronchitis and pulmonary heart diseases by differentiation of symptoms and signs. Methods： 100 patients with chronic bronchitis and pulmonary heart diseases collected from anuary to December in 2011 were divided into two groups. Group A was given routine TCM treatments, including preventing infection, relieving cough to phlegm, guiding qi downward. Group B was treated by differentiation of symptoms and signs with TCM medicines. Results： The cure rate in group B was much higher than that of group A, 80% and 66% respectively. Conclusion： TCM treatment by differentiation of symptoms and signs had obvious clinical effect in chronic bronchitis pulmonary heart diseases, worth promoting and spreading.
