危机管理在降低气管插管非计划性拔管中的应用

目的通过危机管理对ICU患者气管插管非计划性拔管进行风险防范管理，降低非计划性拔管发生率。方法选取2011年在本院行气管插管的210例ICU患者为观察组，实施气管插管非计划性拔管危机管理，与2010年在本院行气管插管的219例ICU患者进行对比，观察应用危机管理对ICU患者气管插管非计划性拔管进行风险防范管理的效果。结果实施危机管理后，2011年ICU患者气管插管非计划性拔管较2010年明显降低（P〈0．05），2011年患者及家属对护理工作的满意度较2010年明显提高（P〈0．05），患者发生非计划性拔管后护士主动报告增多、患者投诉减少（P〈0．05）。结论将危机管理应用于降低ICU患者气管插管非计划性拔管中，可以最大限度减少非计划性拔管的危害，全面提高ICU患者的护理质量。

Application of Crisis Management in Reducing Unplanned Extubation of Intubation

Objective To reduce unplanned extubation incidence by the crisis management of ICU intubation patients. Methods Choose 210 ICU intubation patients in our hospital in 2011 as the observation group, implement unplanned cxtubation crisis management, and compared with 219 ICU intubation patients in 2010. Observe effect of crisis management to unplanned extubation incidence of ICU intubation patients. Results The number of unplanned extubation in ICU in 2011 was significantly lower than that of 2010（ P 〈 0.05）. The satisfaction of patients and families for nursing work improved significantly than that of 2010（ P 〈 0.05）. The nurse active report increased while complaints of patients reduced（ P 〈 0.05）. Condusion The application of crisis management in reducing unplanned cxtubation of intubation can minimize the dangers of unplanned extubation, comprehensively improve the care quality of ICU patients.
