超高倍显微镜在妇科泌尿生殖道病原微生物检测中的应用

目的评价超高倍显微镜在生殖道疾病病原微生物检测中的应用效果.方法用超高倍显微镜对妇科门诊的480例妇科分泌物标本进行检测,并与培养法进行比较.结果480份妇科分泌物标本中,检出阳性346例,阳性率为72.08%;在阳性病例中,单纯病原体感染294例,占84.97%;混合病原体感染52例,占15.03%.同时,与培养法进行比较发现,超高倍显微镜对支原体的检出率与培养法比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论超高倍显微镜在妇科泌尿生殖道病原微生物检测中是一种方便、快速、经济的检测方法.

Application of detecting pathogenic microorganisms in gynecological genitourinary tract with multimedia microscopy

Objective To evaluation pathogenic microorganisms in gynecological genitourinary tract with multimedia microscopy.Methods Using multimedia microscopy to test the 480 cases of gynecological clinic secretion samples,and compared with the culture method.Results In the 480 samples,detection 346 positive samples,the positive rate was 72.08%;and in the positive cases,294 cases were single pathogen infection,accounting for 84.97%;mixed pathogen infection in 52 cases,accounting for 15.03%.At the same time,we using the culture method,then found that it showed no significant difference with that method（P 0.05）.Conclusion Using the multimedia microscopy to detecting the pathogenic microorganisms is a convenient,fast and cheap method.
