健康人群麻疹抗体水平调查及分析

为杜绝外来传染病的入侵 ,有效控制和消除麻疹 ,S市 1999年对 6 73名健康人群 (其中 35 5名 0～ 2 9岁当地健康人群及 318名外来民工 )进行麻疹血凝抑制 (HI)抗体测定。结果显示当地健康人群HI抗体阳性率为 86 .2 0 % ,GMT为 1∶4 .6 2 ,各年龄组之间阳性率及GMT经统计学处理差异有显著性。外来民工HI抗体阳性率为 72 .96 % ,GMT为 1∶2 .14 ,各年龄组之间 ,抗体阳性率及GMT经统计学处理差异无显著性。调查结果提示 ,有必要对较大年龄组人群进行麻疹再免 ,同时建议对外来民工进行麻疹强化免疫 ,并提高流动人口儿童免疫接种率。

Investigation of Measles Immunity Level of Natural Population

In order to prevent infectious diseases from the outside and control or eliminate measles effectively, 673 persons in one city (355 local persons at age from zero to twenty nine years old and 318 builders from outside) were determined for mealse antibody with HI test in 1999. The results showed that the positive rate of HI antibody was 86.20%. GMT is 1:4.62. there were significant differences of positive rate and GMT between various age groups. The HI antibody positive rate and GMT of the builders from outside were 72.96%, 1:2.14 respectively. There were no significant differences of positive rate and GMT of the builders between various age groups. The results suggested that persons at age of seven or older should be revaccinated with MV and the builders from outside should be re-immunized MV. The vaccination rate of children from outside should be raised.
