| 摘 要： | 目的：观察加味泻心汤治疗上消化道出血的临床效果。方法：将2009年5月～2010年10月我院收治的63例上消化道出血患者按照入院顺序随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组给予加味泻心汤治疗,对照组给予雷尼替丁治疗,对比观察两组临床疗效。结果：治疗一周后观察组有效率为90.0%,对照组有效率为78.8%,两组有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义（p〈0.05）。结论：加味泻心汤治疗上消化道出血有效率高,临床疗效显著,值得临床推广应用,但应注意的是,在给药过程中应根据患者具体病情酌情增加相应药物。
