卵巢肿瘤患者红细胞免疫功能的变化

目的　探讨卵巢肿瘤患者红细胞免疫功能的变化。方法　测定卵巢肿瘤患者红细胞免疫功能指标红细胞C3b受体花环试验 (RC3bRR)及肿瘤红细胞花环试验 (E -TR) ,对比分析良恶性卵巢肿瘤之间、恶性肿瘤不同分期及手术前后指标的检测结果。结果　卵巢恶性肿瘤患者的RC3bRR及E -TR均低于良性肿瘤 ;恶性肿瘤的分期越晚RC3bRR、E -TR下降越明显 ;恶性肿瘤手术后RC3bRR较手术前明显升高 ;比较均有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　红细胞免疫功能可作为鉴别卵巢良恶性肿瘤及恶性肿瘤病情变化的判断指标之一。

Study on the Changes of Red Cell Immune Function in Ovarian Tumor

Objective To explore the changes of red cell immune function in ovarian tumor. Methods The objects were divided into benign group and malignant group. The indictors of erythrocyte C3b receptor rosette (RC3bRR) and erythrocytes adhe re to tumor cell rosette (E-TR) which reflect red cell immune function were detected in each group. They were also measured dynamically by stages well as ro und the time of operation in malignant group. Result The levels of RC3bRR and E-TR in malignant group were both significant lower than that in benign group( P <0 .05) .In malignant group, RC3bRR and E-TR connections decreased as disease advanced( P <0.05),but there was an increase in postoperative ones compared to preoperative ones( P <0.05). Conclusion Red cell immune function is excepted to be a marke r to differentiate the character of ovarian tumor and to value the development o f ovarian carcinoma.
