慢性肝病患者血清瘦素水平检测分析

目的探讨慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)、乙型肝炎后肝硬化(LC)患者血清瘦素水平的变化及其临床意义.方法采用放射免疫法(RIA)测定68例CHB,41例LC患者的血清瘦素水平,同时检测45名正常人血清瘦素水平作为对照组,并对其结果进行比较.结果与正常对照组比较,CHB和LC患者,不论男女其血清瘦素水平均明显增高(P＜0.01);LC患者血清瘦素水平明显高于CHB患者(P＜0.01);正常对照组和CHB组患者血清瘦素水平均存在性别差异,女性均显著高于男性(P＜0.01),LC组男女比较差异无显著性(P＞0.05).结论CHB和LC患者,不论肝功能异常程度如何,其血清瘦素水平均高于正常人,血清瘦素水平可能与慢性肝病的病情程度有关.

Analysis of serum leptin in patients with chronic disease of liver

Objective TO study the changes of serum leptin levels of chronic hepatitis B and liver cirrhosis their and their the clinical significance.Methods Serum leptin levels were detected by radioimmunoassay(RIA) in 68 patients with chronic hepatitis B,41 patients with liver cirrhosis and 45 normal persons,and their results were compared.Results Compared with normal persons,serum leptin levels were significantly higher in patients with chronic hepatitis B and liver cirrhosis(P<0.01);Serum leptin levels in the patients with liver cirrhosis are higher than those in the chronic hepatitis B(P<0.01); Moreover,the levels of serum leptin were much higher in female than those in male subjects in normal persons and chronic hepatitis B(P<0.01),there is no relation in liver cirrhosis(P>0.05).Conclusions Serum leptin levels in the patients with chronic hepatitis B or liver cirrhosis are higher than those in the normal persons regardless their liver function impairment degree,which is possibly related with state of chronic disease of liver.
