视网膜静脉阻塞病因学中血液流变学的研究进展

目的　用血液流变学研究视网膜静脉阻塞病因。方法　对患视网膜静脉阻塞的患者进行血液流变分析 ,包括血细胞比容 ,红细胞电泳 ,红细胞聚集能力 ,血小板 ,凝血因子的研究。结果　视网膜静脉阻塞患者血液粘度异常增高 ,影响血液粘度的因素很多 ,主要有血细胞比容和红细胞的质量 ,血小板的聚集能力及血浆中的高分子蛋白等。结论　在视网膜静脉阻塞病因探讨中 ,血液流变学的研究经历了由浅入深的过程 ,血液粘度及有关因素改变在视网膜静脉阻塞发病中的重要作用 ,并应用等容血液稀释及血小板抑制药物进行治疗 ,取得一定效果

Study of Hemorheology in Etiology of Retinal Vein Obstruction

Objective To discuss the etiology of retinal vein obstruction (RVO) with hemorheology. Methods All the patient of RVO was undertaken with hemorheological detection including RBC volume, RBC electrophoresis, and ability of aggregation, platelet and coagulating factors. Results The blood viscosity of RVO patient was obviously increased with many affected factors that mainly were HCT, quality of RBC, ability of platelet aggregation and high weight protein molecule. Conclusion The hemorheology had experienced deep duration and blood viscosity and related factors played important role in the etiology of RVO patients. The application of isometric dilution of blood and platelet inhibitors might be effective in the treatment.
