护理部质量信息反馈方式的调查

目的调查护士长对质量信息反馈方式的态度。方法自行设计问卷,对74名护士长进行护理部质量检查结果的最佳反馈方式、全院大排名反馈方式对提升护理质量的作用、对局域网公示检查结果的看法、检查结果与奖金挂钩对护理工作的促进作用4个方面的调查。结果只有6.76%的护士长认可全院大排名的反馈方式;70.27%的护士长认为此方式对护理质量的提升没有作用或有消极作用;81.08%的护士长认为没有必要在局域网公示或认为只公布问题,不公布具体科室;只有14.86%的护士长认为护理部质量检查结果与奖金挂钩对工作有促进作用。结论质量信息反馈应以提升护理质量为目的 ,采取护士长易于接受的方式;应以个别反馈为主;慎用公示和惩罚手段。

Investigation of the feedback method of quality inspection performed by the nursing department

Objective To explore the best feedback method of quality inspection performed by the nursing department. Method Totally 74 head nurses were surveyed with a self- designed questionnaire. Results Only 6.76% head nurses approved of the hospital - wide ranking method and 70.27% cases thought that this method could not improve nursing quality. 81.08% cases didn＇t approve of the publicity of each ward＇s problems in the local interact. Only 14.86% cases thought combining quality inspection with bonus could improve nursing quality. Conclusion Feedback quality problems should aim at improving nursing quality and should consider the acceptance of head nurses. Most quality problems should feed back privately. Bulletin and punishment method should be used cautiously.
