山东省荣成市眼病及盲目流行病学调查

目的 对荣成市进行眼病及盲目的流行病学调查。方法 采用分层随机抽样原则，以2．16％的抽样率抽取14789人做为调查对象。结果 各种眼疾患病率为2．64％，盲目患病率为0．142％，其中白内障占首位（38．1％），第二位为青光眼（14．3％），第三位为视神经萎缩、角膜白斑及糖尿病性视网膜病变（各占9．5％），其它占（19．1％）。结论 眼病及盲目的流行病学调查结果提示了主要致盲病因为白内障，手术治疗白内障仍是今后防盲治盲的首要任务。

An epidemiological survey of eye disease and blindness in Rongcheng city

Objective To study an epidemiological survey of eye disease and blindness in Rongcheng city.Methods The stratified random sampling rule survey was carried out,in a sample population of 14789.(a sampling fractim of 2.16%).Results The provalence of eye disease was found to be 2.64% and bilateral blindness was 0.142%.In order of importance,were cataract(38.1%),glaucoma(14.3%),atrophy of the optic nerve,corneal disease and diabetic retinopathy(every 9.5%),else(19.1%).Conclusion The leading cause of blindness is cataract,so the surgical restoration of vision in cases with cataract is the main measure in the prevention of blindness.
