| 摘 要： | 目的：观察中药制剂解毒通络保肾胶囊治疗糖尿病肾病湿热瘀毒证的疗效。方法：将150例患者随机分为治疗组和时照组。治疗组在基础治疗上加用解毒通络保肾胶囊，对照组用胰岛素或糖适平降糖基础上用蒙诺。结果治疗组有效率为86．67％．明显优于时照组的73．34％。结论：解毒通络保肾胶囊治疗糖尿病肾病湿热瘀毒证疗效满意。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the effect of Tongluo Baoshen Capsules in treating diabetic neuropathy of toxin generated by accumulation of Damp-Heat. Methods: the 150 cases were randornly devided into the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group was treated with basic therapy plus Jiedu Tongluo Baoshen Capsules; the control group was treated with insulin or Glurenorm plus monopril. Results: the curative effect in the treatment group was 86.67% with 73.34% in the control group with marked difference. Conclusion: Jiedu Tongluo Baoshen Capsules is effective in treating diabetic neuropathy of toxin generated by accumulation of Damp-Heat. |
