联合应用分叉状髓内钉和环抱片治疗肱骨大段粉碎骨折

目的 探讨分叉状髓内钉和环抱片治疗肱骨大段粉碎骨折的疗效。方法 通过肱骨大段粉碎骨折采用分叉状髓骨钉加环抱片联合应用固定后的临床疗效分析评价该手术方式的优越性。结果 20例26侧肱骨粉碎骨折患者，平均随访12个月，骨折均愈合，优良19例25侧，1例延迟愈合，优良率为98％。结论 既往的肱骨大段粉碎骨折是手术的相对禁忌证，然而通过应用分叉状髓内钉和环抱片，肱骨大段粉碎骨折可以达到牢固和满意的疗效，值得进一步推广应用。

Use of Intramedullar Interlocking Nail and Endless Belt in the Humeral Fractures

Methods Through the analys is of clinical effeces after the use of the intrameduvar interlocking nail in the treatmunt of twenty cases humeral comminuted fracture, use could evaluate the superiority of such kind of operation. Results Of the twenty patients tmderwent the deser bed procedure and follow-up for a mean of one year nineteen have obtained satisfying results, one year, nineteen have obtained satisfying results, one patient delated heating, coedusion Zu the past, the humeral comrninuted fracture was considered to be contradication. But the method of intramedullar interlocking nail was found to be effectiue in the treatment of humeral commlnuted frarture, We have obtained stable fiation and good result through this methad in the humeral comminuted frature. It is worth to be further commlnued frature. It is worth to be further applied.
