佛山市高明区2008-2012年托幼机构消毒质量监测分析

目的为了解高明区托幼机构消毒质量及卫生状况，发现薄弱环节．提高托幼机构消毒质量。方法采用回顾性调查方法，对2008-2012年区内托幼机构开展消毒质量监测的数据进行分析。结果共采样5886份，平均合格率为67．99％。连续5年监测的合格率分别是75．67％、66．59％、59．07％、66．55％和74．93％。托幼机构室内空气卫生合格率为81．86％，餐、厨具合格率为88．72％，玩具、桌面和床面等物体表面合格率为69．96％．幼儿及幼师手合格率为50．88％。中心城区和乡镇级托幼机构监测样本总合格率分别为73．05％和58．41％。幼儿园和托儿所监测样本总合格率分别是69．89％和55．48％。结论托幼机构消毒总体合格率偏低，各监测项目中以幼儿及幼师手合格率最低，手消毒问题应引起重视。城区单位合格率高于乡镇级单位，幼儿园合格率比托儿所高。相关部门应该采取干预措施，加强消毒知识、技能的培训和监督管理。

Analyzing the Quality of Monitoring in Nursery Disinfection in Gaoming District of Foshan from 2008 to 2012

OBJECTIVE To learn the nursery disinfection quality and health status, to explore improve the quality of nursery disinfection quality in Gaoming District. METHOD A retrospective survey methods was used to analysis the data from nursery disinfection monitoring system in Gaoming District from 2008 to 2012. RESULTS In 5 886 sampling, the average compliance rate is 67.99%. The compliance rate for five consecutive years were 75.67%, 66.59%, 59.07%, 66.55% and 74.93%. The compliance rate of nursery indoor air hygiene is 81.86%, kitchenware was 88.72%, while toys, tabletops, bed and other surfaces were 69.96%. Children and teachers were 50.88%. Compare to city center （73.05%）, the compliance rate in town was 58.41%. The compliance rate of kindergartens and nurseries were 69.89% and 55.48%. CONCLUSIONS The overall compliance rate of Nurseries disinfect is low. Among the monitoring project, the compliance rate of children and teacher as low. Hand disinfection issues should arouse attention. On the other side, urban is higher than the town, kindergartens are higher than nurseries. Relevant departments should take intervention measures to strengthen disinfection knowledge, skills, training and supervision.
