| 摘 要： | 目的筛选乡镇计生服务机构公共服务职能评价指标体系。方法采用文献分析和专家咨询法筛选指标。结果筛选了8个一级指标和32个二级核心指标。结论政府有必要构建评价乡镇计生服务站公共服务职能的指标体系。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To screen index of public service functions in townships family planning service institutions. METHODS Document analysis and Delphi were used to screen indicators. RESULTS Indicators system includes 8 first-class targets and 32 second- class targets. CONCLUSION It is necessary to establish indicators system public service functions in township family planning service outlet. |
