超声监测在无痛人工流产术中的临床应用

目的探讨超声监测在无病人工流产术中的临床应用价值。方法将400例早期妊娠妇女随机分为研究组和对照组．每组各200例。研究组为B超监视下无痛人流组，时照组为常规无痛人流组。观察两组的手术时间、术中出血量和手术并发症。结果观察组较对照组手术时间短、术中出血量少和手术并发症少，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论应用B超监视妇产科手术仪进行无痛人工流产术，具有直观性、定位准确、疗效确切和安全可靠的优点，具有较高的临床应用价值，值得临床广泛推广使用。

The Clinical Application of Ultrasonic Monitoring in Painless Artificial Abortion

OBJECTIVE To explore the clinical value of ultrasonic monitoring in painless artificial abortion. METHODS 400 early pregnant women were randomly divided into two groups-study group and control group, 200 cases each group. Women in the study group received the painless artificial abortion monitored by ultrasonography, and Women in the control group only received painless artificial abortion. The surgery time, the bleeding amount in the operation and complications of surgery were observed in two groups. RESULTS Compared with the control group, the study group showed shorter surgery time less bleeding amount and fewer complications. There were statistically significant differences between two groups. CONCLUSION Application of B ultrasound monitoring obstetrics and gynecology operation instrument for painless artificial abortion is intuitive, accurate, safe and effective. It has high value in clinical application. It is worth to be widely spreaded in clinic.
