| 摘 要： | 对国内外护士在肿瘤化疗中的职业暴露研究及职业防护现状进行综述,表明抗肿瘤药物可经过直接接触、呼吸道吸入或消化道摄入而致医护人员职业损伤。为了减少专业人员职业暴露引起的损伤,应制定抗肿瘤药物操作规程和防护措施,加强专业人员职业安全教育,药物处理中心化,增强防护意识,提高自我防护能力,降低职业危险性,以达到职业防护的目的。

| Abstract: | The studies on nurses' occupational exposure and the current status of occupational protection in chemotherapy indicated that antineoplastic drugs could cause the medical staff's occupational injure by the means of direct contact,respiratory inhalation and gastrointestinal intake.In order to reduce the medical staff's injuries due to occupational exposure,the following measures should be carried out,such as establishing strict operation procedure of antineoplastic drugs and preventive measures,strengthening the education of occupational safety,adopting central drug dispensation,enforcing the medical staff's self-protection consciousness and ability to reduce the risk of occupational exposure. |
