非营养性吸吮与眼罩遮光对危重早产儿早期胃肠喂养的影响

目的 探讨非营养性吸吮与眼罩遮光对危重早产儿早期喂养的影响.方法 将80例危重早产儿随机分为干预组40例与对照组40例.两组均接受常规综合治疗,干预组在此基础上,进行各种致痛性操作用安慰奶嘴安抚患儿,在每个班次的最后3 h配戴眼罩护理,观察开始经口喂养时间、静脉营养应用时间、完全经口喂养时间、喂养并发症等发生情况.结果 干预组恢复出生体质量时间、达到足量胃肠喂养时间、静脉营养应用时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01).喂养不耐受发生率低于对照组(P<0.01).结论 非营养性吸吮与眼罩遮光护理干预,有助于提高危重早产儿早期喂养耐受性,使患儿经口喂养早,喂养成功率高.
