| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨准高kV摄影技术对床边胸部摄影的临床应用价值.方法:采用西门子250 mA床边X线机,Agfa感蓝片,自动冲片机冲片,对120例床边胸部影像质量及病变显示特点进行分析.结果:120例准高kV床边胸片甲级片102例(占85.0%),乙级片11例(占9.2%),丙级片7例(5.8%),无废片.结论:准高kV摄影技术能明显提高床边胸部影像甲片率,减低病人的辐射量,提高床边X线机的使用范围,为疾病诊断提供更多的影像信息.

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the clinical values of mobile chest radiograph with sub-high kilo-voltage. Methods:Mobile radiograph machine of Siemens 250 mA and Agfa blue-film and auto develop machine were used. The image quality of 120 cases with mobile chest radiograph with sub-high kilo-voltage was analyzed. Results:In the quality assessment of 120 chest radiographs, 85.0% was Grade A film, 9.2% was Grade B film, 5.8% was Grade C film and no waste film.Conclusion:Mobile chest radiograph with sub-high kilo-voltage increases the rate of Grade A film, reduces the exposure dose, improved the application range of mobile X-ray machine and provides more information for image diagnosis. |
