| 摘 要： | 目的探讨无瘤技术在腹部恶性肿瘤切除术中的应用效果。方法通过术中护理与治疗干预,积极运用无瘤操作技术预防手术肿瘤的医源性播散。结果无瘤技术在腹部恶性肿瘤切除术中的应用,降低了腹部恶性肿瘤的术后腹腔种植转移率,提高了患者的术后生存率。结论无瘤技术的应用可改善患者的预后,延长患者生存期,直接影响手术的成败。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of non-tumor technique cooperation in surgical resection of abdomen malignant tumor.Methods Intraoperative care,treatment and non-tumor surgical operation techniques were used to prevent the iatrogenic spread of tumor.Results The application of non-tumor technique in surgical resection of abdomen malignant tumor reduced the rate of cancer peritoneal metastasis,improved the rate of patients survival postoperatively.Conclusion The application of non-tumor technique has a direct impact on the success of surgery which can improve the patients outcome and prolong patients survival. |
