摘    要:目的从治疗缺血性脑中风中药中筛选具有拮抗谷氨酸神经毒作用的活性中药。方法以PC12细胞为对象,用200 mmol.L-1谷氨酸(G lu)造成细胞损伤模型,MTT法检测细胞活力。结果毛冬青、苏木、茜草、虎杖4种中药可明显提高谷氨酸诱导的PCI2细胞还原M IT的能力(P<0.05)。结论毛冬青、苏木、茜草、虎杖4种中药对谷氨酸所致的细胞损伤具有较好的保护作用。

Abstract:Objective Screening of antagonistic action on neurotoxicity induced by glutamate(Glu) from Traditional Chinese Medicines in treatment of cerebrovascular ischemic diseases.Methods Cultured PC12 cells were treated with 20 0mmol·L-1 Glu,the cell viability was detected with MTT method.Results Radix ilecis pubescens,Lignum sappan,Indian madder root and Giant knotweed rhizome of 4 kinds Chinese Medicine had significantly increased the ability of reducing MTT by Glu-induced PC12 neuronal cells.Conclusion Screening of 4 Chinese Medicine has protective effects on Glu-induced injury in neuronal PC12 cells.
