摘    要:目的研究4种消毒剂对嗜肺军团菌杀灭效果。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验方法,对含溴消毒剂颗粒、含氯消毒片、过氧乙酸和双链季铵盐等进行了实验室观察。结果在常温下,用含有效溴200 mg/L的消毒剂颗粒溶液、有效氯50 mg/L消毒片溶液和250 mg/L双长链季铵盐消毒液作用10 min,对悬液内嗜肺军团杆菌杀灭对数值均>5.0。用含20 mg/L过氧乙酸消毒液作用2.5 min,对悬液内嗜肺军团杆菌的杀灭对数值>5.0。4种消毒剂均随着有效浓度的增加,作用时间的延长,杀灭效果递增。结论所试验的4种消毒剂均在较低浓度下,能有效杀灭悬液内嗜肺军团菌。

Abstract:Objective To study the efficacy of four chemical disinfectants in killing Legionella pneumophila.Methods Suspension quantitative germicidal test was carried out to observe the killing efficacy of bromine-containing disinfectant,chlorine-containing disinfectant,peroxyacetic acid and double-chain quaternary ammonium salt.Results The disinfectant containing 50 mg/L available bromine,that containing 200 mg/L available chlorine and 250 mg/L double-chain quaternary ammonium salt with a 10 min contact time,or peroxyacetic acid containing 20 mg/L with a 2.5 min contact time killed Legionella pneumophila by a logarithm > 5.0.At ordinary temperature,the efficacy of the four disinfectants increased with increasing concentration and prolonging contact time.Conclusion At low concentrations,bromine-containing disinfectant,chlorine-containing disinfectant,peroxyacetic acid and double-chain quaternary ammonium salt have good efficacy in killing Legionella pneumophila.
