腰椎间盘突出症术后复发再次手术38例随访报告

为探讨腰椎间盘突出症再次手术的机会及效果，对３８例腰椎间盘症再次手术病人进行随访，就病人再次手术的一般情况、疼痛、联带症状等进行分析，结果再次手术成功率为６８．４％，手术的成功率不仅与年龄有关，不同年龄组之间存在差异，而且与初次手术所主椎体数亦相关；但与再次手术所涉及椎体数无关，从而提示有适应症的病人有必要行再次手术。

SECONDARY SURGERY FOR THE POST-SURGERY RECURRENCE OF LUMBAR INTERVERTEBRALDISK HERNIA:A Follow-up Report of 38 Cases

In order to explore the chance and the result of the secondary surgery of lumbar intervertebral disk hernia, 38 cases of lumbar intervertebral diskhernia treated by secondary surgery were followed up, and the general conditions, pains, associated symptoms. etc of the patients were analysed.It was found that the successful rate of the secondary surgery was 68. 4 %, which was related not only to the patient age with a difference in different--age groups (P < 0. 05), but also to the number of the vertebrae involved by the primary surgery; but had nothing to do WIth the numberof the vertebrae involved by the secondary surgery (P > 0. 05), suggesting that the patient with the indication should receive the secondarysurgery.
