温州市公众艾滋病相关知识、态度、行为调查

目的了解温州市公众艾滋病相关知识知晓情况及其态度和行为。方法以自行设计的调查问卷随机调查市区公众585人。其中,男性344人,女性241人,平均年龄38.46岁。结果被调查对象预防艾滋病知识主要来自报纸、书刊、电视;被调查人员对艾滋病的可能传播途径回答的正确率在80%以上,非传播途径的回答正确率在70%以下;只有47.18%的人知道艾滋病目前是无法治愈的;36.27%的人对艾滋病病人感到害怕或恐惧;8.83%的人承认有性乱及不安全性行为。结论艾滋病健康教育应更加全面、科学,要注重有针对性健康教育,提高人群对艾滋病的认识与防治水平。

KAP about AIDS among general populations in Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province

Objective To learn AIDS related knowledge,attitude and practice(KAP) among the general population in Wenzhou City.Methods A survey using self-designed questionnaire was randomly conducted among 585 citizens,the male 344 and the female 241,with the mean age of 38.46.Results The knowledge of subjects about AIDS mainly came from papers,books and television.More than 80% of the subjects correctly answered the transmission routs,whereas less than 70% could answer the non-transmission routs precisely.Only 47.18% knew that AIDS could not be cured currently,and 36.72% were afraid of or even scared AIDS patients;while 8.83% confessed unsafe or chaotic sex experience.Conclusion Health education about AIDS should be more comprehensive and scientific.
