谷胱甘肽S转移酶P1基因第5外显子多态性与北京地区中国北方汉族人群慢性阻塞性肺疾病的相关性

摘    要:目的 研究谷胱甘肽S转移酶P1(GSTP1)基因第 5外显子多态性 (A/G)与北京地区中国北方汉族人群慢性阻塞性肺疾病 (COPD)的相关性。方法 采用病例 对照研究方法选择 97例COPD患者和 6 7例非COPD患者。通过聚合酶链反应 限制性片段长度多态性法检测两组患者GSTP1基因第 5外显子各种基因型和等位基因频率。结果 两组患者GSTP1基因第 5外显子各种基因型频率和等位基因频率的分布差异无显著性 (AA基因型频率 :72 %vs 6 1%;等位基因A频率 :84 %vs79 %;P >0 .0 5 ) ,且两组男性患者GSTP1基因第 5外显子各种基因型频率和等位基因频率的分布差异也无显著性 (AA基因型频率 :70 %vs5 8%;等位基因A频率 :82 %vs78%;P >0 .0 5 )。结论 GSTP1基因第 5外显子多态性 (A/G)与北京地区中国北方汉族人群COPD易感性无相关性。

Abstract:Objective This research aimed to investigate the correlation between glutathione S transferase P1(GSTP1) gene exon5 A/G polymorphism and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) susceptibility in northern Chinese population of Han nationality living in Beijing. Methods The genotypes of 97 COPD patients and 67 smoking control subjects without COPD were determined by polymerase chain reaction followed by restriction fragment length polymorphism for the GSTP1 gene exon5. Results No significant differences were observed in the frequencies of polymorphic genotypes in exon5 of GSTP1 gene between COPD patients and control smokers (genotype frequency:AA:72% vs 61%; AG:23% vs 36%; GG: 5% vs 3%; P >0.05). The allele frequencies were also not significantly different between two groups (A allele frequency: 84% vs 79%, P >0.05; G allele frequency: 16% vs 21%; P >0.05). There were no significant differences in the frequencies of polymorphic genotypes and allele of GSTP1 between the male COPD patients and male control smokers. Conclusion The genetic polymorphism in GSTP1 gene exon5 was not associated with the susceptibility to COPD in northern Chinese population of Han nationality.
