| 摘 要： | 目的:介绍乳腺癌内分泌治疗的研究现状,评价其在乳腺癌治疗中的临床应用概况.方法:查阅近期国内外相关文献进行分析与评价.结果与结论:乳腺癌治疗的手段主要有手术、放疗、化疗和内分泌治疗.其中,约有1/3患者是雌激素依赖性乳腺癌,降低患者体内雌激素水平可使肿瘤退缩,起到治疗作用.目前常用的药物有抗雌激素类、孕激素类、芳香化酶抑制剂和促性腺激素释放激素类似物等,其临床应用的结果证明,乳腺癌内分泌治疗是较为有效的方法.
